Ainjil Hunt, Principal Owner, is a leading change strategist, speaker and international facilitator. As owner of Transformation since 2004, Ainjil has seen success in developing the Transformation business model to parallel social and economic development in First Nation communities, organizations and businesses. Ainjil is Kwakwak’wakw from the Namgis First Nation as well as Tlingit from Alaska. Ainjil has a Bachelor degree in Social Work, and certificate in Public Sector Management and Indigenous Governance from the University of Victoria. Ainjil is a certified language technologist in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Time Line Therapy. Ainjil is a Masters Degree Candidate in Policy and Practice from the University of Victoria and is currently completing her Masters Degree in Business Administration from SFU School of Business. Carol Anne Hilton
Carol Anne Hilton, MBA and CEO of Transformation - is a recognized leading First Nation’s business entrepreneur with a Masters Degree in Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire, England. Carol Anne is from the Nuu chah nulth Nation. Carol Anne has a solid understanding and application of First Nation’s economic development best practices and brings extensive knowledge and experience in community development, business management, corporate relations, engagement strategies and project management. Carol Anne works to incorporate an Aboriginal worldview while bringing First Nations, industry and government together to design new approaches for sustainable, inclusive development. Carol Anne brings project management experience across industries in resource management, governance, and regional development. Lisa has received both the Lieutenant Governor’s Medal for Excellence in the Public Service, and the Order of The Sash from the Métis Nation of BC. Lisa has undertaken extensive collaboration with governments, business, not-for-profit organizations, industry and communities in the development of ideas, plans and policy platforms.
